They changed the date on the rc on the downloads page, it now sayd Dec 5th

I like the comment about pirates though. I complained about one once who was openly asking for help with his 'copy from a friend', explaining that he would buy it if he liked it. The private message I had from the person isn't printable even in 'adult' material.
