Ciao,
this happens when i launch an animation job.
Example:
1) i start animation job (250 fames). File save path "X:\animation\test_.mxi"
2) Job starts correctly. Files are saved with right name: "test_0000.mxi" .. and so on.
3) At frame 20 (or any other frame number) i stop job
4) Then I restart job, changing ONLY frame range (from 21 to 250 in this example)
5) Frames from 21 to 250 change filename in "test_.0000.mxi" <<< there's a point before sequence numbers
so... in this example:
frames from 0000 to 0020 are named "test_0000.mxi"
frames from 0021 to 0250 are named "test_.0021.mxi"
and if i stop and resume again, filenames will be always wrong: "test_.0246.mxi"
it happened 100% of times, and i didn't find any way to solve it, cause the 2nd session of animation has right path/filename input, but wrong filename output (both on mxi and img file).

ciao
