Hello wlf_alex,
As you are licensing Maxwell Learning Edition, no RLM installation is needed.
You will have Maxwell installed, validated and functional in one computer (node-locked to that computer) that if you want it could stay offline (not connected to the internet) so you will have to perform the validation on another computer with internet access.
To do so the easiest way:
1.- Install Maxwell in the computer in which you want to work with it. Launch the Maxwell.exe application (even still unlicensed) and in its Console panel, take node of the
Host ID of that computer (see screenshot here:
http://support.nextlimit.com/display/mx ... ng+Edition).
2.- Install Maxwell in another computer with internet connection (just for the validation). On that computer, find the
license_validator application inside the Maxwell application folder and run it.
3.- Follow the validation process: Maxwell Learning Edition>activate the license offline and use your user credentials and the Host ID of the Maxwell computer.
The process will generate a license file for that computer that you will need to transfer to the Maxwell computer (inside C:\ProgramData\Next Limit\Maxwell\licenses).
Once finished the process, you can install Maxwell from the validating computer to avoid any further conflict.
Let me know if this works.
