just upload the file somewhere and link it here, so it can be downloaded... thanks for the work !rusteberg wrote:deadalvs,
i dont know why you would need to do a cooperative on a scene like this. reached 15 in 2.52hrs on this end (SL 12-13 probably looked the same) sure the poly count is high in the scene, but the environment allows for quicker render. i could see this being more useful if it were an interior scene with the same amount of polys. nonetheless, i have .mxi for you, just tell me where you would like me to put it. thomas, very clever...... hadnt thought of it like that![]()

As much as I would like to trust the generosity of those on this website, unless you personally know the person who is offering to help it is a real risk to share the work that someone else is paying for.
Apart from that, if anyone has any non-commercial work they need help rendering, I'd be happy to help.
i don't get it.michaelplogue wrote:And then there are some of us who are very displeased in being used just to prove a point.......
Don't ever waste my time like this again!
Yes, I think that would be a good idea, but first of all we need more clarification on commercial texture usage. I'm not sure if specifying that the ones helping you are "temp employers". Even if that was ok from a purely legal sense, I don't feel comfortable with it from a moral point of view.deadalvs wrote: i think that this community here is very motivated and has a great potential, also to do things together. but to let this happen more artistically than in the OT section or somewhere similar, i think it would be necessary to have a «platform» to assimilate.
this could lead to a new topic between TUTORIALS AND GOODIES at the first forum page. possible title «group development», with a sticky in it for the rules and license stuff
afterwards, each thread would contain active projects, of course and finishes projects would get the title «FINISHED_[old project name]» or the thread would be closed by an admin.
I don't think this would be good for security, and also I'm not sure if it's possible. But since the original poster can edit the post, and also users can edit their own posts, I don't think it will be a problem with organization.by the way. is there a way that multiple users could edit posts just in this section's first post? like this, people could add paths to data so it would not get lost in all other posts...
i'd hate it if it damaged the idea.Mihai wrote:Btw, if you wanted just to make a test run, then you should have mentioned that when giving the sceneWriting HELP, I'm on a deadline, some understandibly feel a bit tricked now.....but lets hope it doesn't damage your idea..
