Good rendering seems to stay a hard job ... .

If Maxwell ever resolved anything that I want to render, I'd be happy to post it. At present I'm not using it because if there's any transparent or translucent object in the scene, the noise never clears. I don't understand how the previous images in this thread were done.ivox3 wrote: Still, .. maybe some rhino folks could eek out a single image ...... dunno ?

Micha has produced astonishing work with the Maxwell beta. I believe he's asking for fellow Rhinoll users to post their professional production work. We can speculate all we want on his motives for asking the question, but still the question is worth asking. If Micha has no Maxwell production renders to show, it still has no bearing on what others have been able to produce. It also does not make him ineligable to ask the question.Maximus3D wrote:Umm.. why are you posting a stupid Vray rendering here ? post them at the Vray for Rhino forum instead.
I asked for your Maxwell renderings, nothing else. But i guess i got the answer now. You haven't produced anything! and yet you try to ask others to post their stuff. You really digged your own deep hole in the ground with this thread Micha.

You are right and the developing of render engines for Rhino is the reason for the new sight. First I have buy Flamingo as an absolut beginner. After a few renderings I was not happy - to less special features. I stoped to used Flamingo.Polyxo wrote:Micha, what is really strange: You obviously can not appreciate one product, without getting the strong need of ditching the one, you used before. Why is that? I can remember clearly how it fabulous you found and how much you praised the render engine you used before Maxwell. So much, that a stranger, but with an inimitable accent had a singular but remarkable appearance in this forum, trying to show, that this software is superior to Maxwell. It was not only me, who started to wonder (...)

It was realy a mistake. I have thought, you want to see, what I have done after I have stoped to use Maxwell. I know, it's hard to compare spare time Maxwell renderings without time limit and Vray for Rhino production images with time pressure. So I have thought it's my risk to show the work.Maximus3D wrote:Bullshit that you misunderstood me Micha, it been clear to everyone since you started this thread what your goal was with it.
