I find the lack of transparency and follow through disturbing. I do business in the US and the EU. If you guys miss another deadline without seriously kissing some asses, I will call my attorney and find out about a class action lawsuit against Maxwell in the EU.

I need a working product for Mac OS X. It's simple. Produce it or give people's money back. Or face a class action lawsuit. I am sure that I can line up 20 or 30 who would enter it with me.

I really sick and tired of people who make promises they don't keep. It's simple, you do what you say you'll do or you make it up to people.

Mike doesn't work for this company. He's simply a volunteer that enjoys the product and wishes to help others and the company test it.
