Hi,

I just upgraded my license for the Maxwell Standalone for SketchUp Pro 2015 (and I also have SketchUp Pro 8), and followed all of the instructions for downloading and licensing my upgrade.

When I open both version of SketchUp, I see the free version, and can use that, but when I click on the "license activator" in the Maxwell dropdown menu, nothing happens.

Please help me!
I use Maxwell Render a lot and I really need to get it up and running again..

Please try running SketchUp as Administrator (i.e. right-click the SketchUp icon and choose Run as Administrator). The license activator now requires it, and is silently failing to start.
