Have anyone experienced this?

The same mxm's uploaded to Rebus renders fine on my own system. I also tried rendering them on "The Ranch". They look fine there too.

The close up is the Rebus render and the wide is my own render. I tried various settings when generating the mxm's Rebus. I also tried with different kinds of reflective materials.

Hope someone can help me out!?

Thanks
Anders

I am using FormZ and the Maxwell > Package for render farm menu option. It does not include mxm's used in the project with the packaged files, so I assume they are embedded in the mxs file somehow?

I tried defining the chrome element as a pure 100% object reflective with my modeller. There is no mxm in this case. It works locally and on The Ranch, but not with Rebus.

The Ranch costs a lot more though, so I'd prefer to use Rebus – also it's a better workflow I think.

1. Defined as 75% reflective within Form Z

2. Brush chrome mxm downloaded from MXM Gallery

3. Maxwell Aluminum preset in Form X

I used the Extentions > Maxwell Render > Package for renderfarm menu option to and uploaded the mxs generate with the Rebusmanager application (no errors).

I had this happen with a bump material I had on a floor once with Ranch. I don't know if you use a different version then them it gets screwed up for some things? Like a 3.0.0.0 compared to a 3.0.0.1 or something...
