I was waiting for the next Maxwell beta, but since it appears to be delayed, I guess I'll send you a link to what I've got, anyway. The main difference should be that it writes different info to Documents\Maxwell\SketchUp\logs\licensing.log, as it queries the licensing API. So let's see if we find any clues there.
