People like you fine Max
From what I understand Feversoft (Now RandomControl) was formed in order to bring photo real graphics to
games. They have just started with the unbiased engine in order to get a proper baking. The FryRT that people who have bought Fry are getting is a basic export version. There will be
yet another package "Virtual Editor" that will take the RT info from Fry and allow that baking for use with various programing modules. Not only for games but any type of programing you can think of that could utilize baked unbiased mapping on objects. The Programing RT will also allow for the programing and allowance of moving objects in scenes.
Someone had asked about reflection and refraction..."transparent objects, yes, they are supported."
Fry is rocking the hizouse for the most part. I still like M~R's S3 better then Fry for most stuff. The lack of being able to put a map in an s.s.s. channel is not good though and that is where Fry can do something that M~R can't. For skin Fry is good but every other S3 thing is much better in M~R.
I'm just glad for the competition.
One last thing. According to the info rendering an Rt scene takes just about as long as a normal still frame image.
