The strange thing about the POV for me is that the view is cropped too tightly to the size of the building. I would prefer to see a little more site on one side or the other (or both), OR zoom in slightly to NOT see that little sliver on both sides.
On a related note.... I had a conversation on Sunday with a family friend who is a traditional media Architectural Illustrator in St Louis. He was telling me about a recent 1 week class he taught to architecture students at a University in St Louis. He held up to the class a computer rendering that someone had done and asked the class what they saw... The response was something like 'a building, with some cars and trees' and then a few comments about the lighting and details. Then he took the rendering and hand-sketched over it, held it up to the class and asked again... The immediate response was "It's a drawing of the building entrance." "Exactly" he said.
The point is with digital media it's easy to forget that effective imagery often focuses the viewer on specific aspects of a project to highlight importance, at the same time playing down the significance of other aspects.
In the case of this project and in reference to this conversation, I'd would second the comment that too much importance has been placed on the cars and the parking lot, and not enough on the building. I would suggest removing most of the cars near the center of the image and add more highlight to the entry way with plantings, signage, people and lighting.
