to answer Max, I don't think we want trash Maxwell. But this feature is not a top priority.
NextLimit team present us this 1.5 version like a big step and I think everybody is disappointed beacause what the most people want is anothers new features.
For me, we can call it 1.2 not 1.5. Maybe anothers features coming ?

We are just tired of waiting and want to see WHY this release is 1,5 and not 1,2. None the already announced features are significant enough.
All this said not to blame Maxwell.
It is just plain curiosity and tiredness...

How can some you guys ditch 1.5 already we don't know what to expect! Maybe NL wants to save the Best for last!? Evaluate 1.5 when you've used it then the critics will be valid. I know that there is loads more to be seen its almost here!

The assumptions of people here would be much more accurate If they had the appropriate info about the upcoming 1.5 version. Which they haven't.

Nicole said, that the pressure from the users won't add anything good to the release. I beleive that every normal he or she on this forum understands that the pressure is not to make the relase better, but to know what the release will look like and what will it be capable of.

With that kind of customers reaction on announcements i'm afraid we will never get 1.5 version until all our wished features will be implemented...

I just don't believe that Z-Clip, Shift lense and SimuLens(TM) features took so long to develop and beta test. There is something, worth announcing for sure, it's maybe just too early to talk about.
