Hervé : Yes genetics do play a big role. We are all different and what can kill one doesn't have to kill the other.
But the things I pointed out are rules which apply to all people.
But remember it only starts with the food. It's all about stress and how we stress our bodies with all kind of things and how the enviroment stress us. If we're under stress our bodies do not regenerate and we start getting crappy. Even if we have certain predisposition they do not have to evolve into a fullblown defect
Bread,Pasta,Fruit juices... well they're not that healthy as you think they are
Make sure you eat a wholegrain bread (there is maybe one brand of bread in the EU which is really wholegrain) and wholegrain pasta. No it's not about fiber but micronutritional needs and all the wrong things that go on when you strip yourself from your own micronutrient reserves.. happens everytime to every human being when he eats the not so proper things
