I use Piranesi for quickly bringing in realistic trees and vegetation. Since
Maxwell doesn't support rendering/exporting to EPIX format, I have to try to render the image from Sketchup as an EPIX file, then overlay the Maxwell rendering on the EPIX file as an RGB channel in Piranesi.

The problem is when I try to overlay the image, it looks different than the
one done by Sketchup. Even when I change the image size/ratio from the command line, it still comes out different.

Is there any suggestions you can offer for this?

Thanks,
Tony

Well... for the images to fit you must render them the same. i guess maxwell camera is not exactly like the image u see in the viewport.

did u set the pixel size of the maxwell render to be the same as the image size in the viewport ? ? ? u did use skp2mxs plug, yes?

Yes to all of your questions. The funny thing is that this would happen with both the Next Limit version and the 'unauthorized' ruby plugin.
