Hi

I recently bought the Maxwell 2006 Cars DVD by Dosch, and I am have sone problems. Dosch themselves havd not said a word dispite several emails etc.

so I wondered if any one could help? The .obj file is inserted in studio and when you send it to render the emitters with the head lights fail?!

The problem is surely that an emitter material is applied to just a part of an object and this isn't supported in Maxwell anymore. I'm not sure but I think Dosch updated that set so it works in the current version of Maxwell. If not you will need to adjust the models to apply the emitter material to an entire object and not only some triangles in it. Or if you don't need an emitter materials there, just replace it with another material.
