I have it working on 2 machines -one with the new su patch, but it still crashes/freezes when trying a large model.

I have it working on the slow computer and same problem on the fast one whenever i change the maxwell settings - so I can output an MXS file with the slow computer, put it on the fast one and get a good render!

BTW, not-quite-on-topic question - does the color temp of the daylight change depending on what time of day it is? Or am I getting a realistic yellow for the sun and blue for the sky or something? I got this one render, an interior with sun and sky light coming in, and it came out all yellow but with some Photoshop level tweaking and inserting some silhouette people I have one of those impress-your-friends-with-Maxwell shots, and the lighting is exactly like the actualy room, complicated windows and all.

New version (Alpha.03) is being prepared - it should be available in 2 days from now (Thursday). Even though I am not able to reproduce the problems some of you are experiencing I do have a suspicion what is causing it (traversing the attributes in SketchUp SDK). I am attempting to fix it - in any case Alpha.03 will include logging mechanism which will help to locate the problem.

I was able to use the Alpha 1 plug-in. After installing the Alpha 2 (in Sketch-Up 4) I can no longer output an mxi file if I make any settings from the Maxwell pull-down menu. If I simply create a model, with no settings, and export it as an mxi it will run. If I make any change, it just sits there when I try to save it. No crash, no export.

I use Mawell with Cinema 4D just fine. I often model in SketchUp and go to Cinema for scene setup and rendering. It would be nice to have the option to go right to Maxwell from Cinema.

I am guessing that this problem is fixed in Alpha 3. Hope to try it if it becomes available.
