I've had a problem pop up recently that I can't figure out. I'm rendering some images via network that are 5000px. I set the SL to 14, let run and every single time I get an error at merge time that says I might not have permissions to the hdd and the merge will fail. If I render the exact same image but set the incremental SL setting so it will merge at 10,14, everything merges fine. Any ideas what is causing this problem?

The only thing that comes to mind is not enough space left on that HDD? It's in the temp folder of the Manager computer that all separate MXI files will be transferred, and then merged. Once the final MXI is merged, it is then transferred to the final output folder. I'd check if a different output folder works ok.

seems to have worked for the time being. the drive had around 50 gb free, which I assumed would be enough. I formatted the drive which now gives is 128 gb and it seems to work fine now.

Dis it really need more than 50gb for merging files at this size? I have 6 computers, so basically it just needs enough gb to tempoarily store 6 .mxi files, right?
