We removed the libmmd.dll dependency from mxcommon_64.dll, but it still there for maxwell.exe. It will be fixed for next release. Meanwhile you can get the missing DLL from previous maxwell installations or https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9ALOq ... sp=sharing

PD: mximerge.exe needs that DLL too until 3.0.0.6

i had the same problem when installing 3.0.0.6 version
to resolve that i install v 3.0.0.2 than i install v 3.0.0.6

same problem here with a clean install of 3.0.0.6. With a previous version installed it worked.
