Any features you'd like to see implemented into Maxwell?

Someone from the NL team once mentioned something exra for those of us going through this waiting and frustrations for v1.0.

Not to be greedy, but I actually would appreciate an extra license, so I can at least network render my Mac and PC together. All the Mac G5's are dual processor or dual core (which uses up my license). I just thought it would be nice to use two machines without worrying about how many processors they have. Even Adobe allows Photoshop 2CS to be installed on two machines for examples.

I still believe Maxwell will be kick ass enough to ask for 2 copies ! :D

I paid $395 for my pre-release version. I still don't see why we deserve anything. Yes, communication has been poor. But in some respects I think the complexity of the software has made it difficult to make accurate predictions.

I for one don't think we deserve free licenses. I do think we deserve honest feedback on the issues and realistic timeframes for releases. At least the feedback seems to be improving.

Hey! I remember those. For a country generally full of not overweight people I could never get over how much crap food you all eat ;-)

Lived in Goteborg and Trollhatten for 2 years.

Have you heard of interests? I mean you pay for something and while you don't get it your money is stuck.. and even though you think "$395" is not a big deal. An extra license from NL will cost NOTHING for them and will make up for the time our money is INVESTED on this software and we haven't have a chance to work with it (I can't do a thing without clipmaps, and with the long render time!). Even a realflow license will not be a big deal for them. And it will make up big time and cost NOTHING for them. I mean are they woried for the lost sales by giving it away? They are losing sales with all this bad advertisement anyway. So, a free license will cost NOTHING for them (cheapper than a free mug) and will improve their cosutmer raltations and it is free ADVERTISEMENT and will generate THE BEST word of mouth.

I mean this would not be just a simple improvement.. something like a light version of realflow license or maybe a chance to buy Realflow for 70% discount for the alpha buyers, 60% for beta buyers, and so on. Would put NL on top news on every single 3D forum and would actually raise the company's status on the 3d community.. thalking about increased sales!

GUYR, when you say you don't need it... To tell you what, it is more than fair that we have it.

A Realflow license would ease the pain: I'll give it back once you release Maxwell 1.0...but after 3 years I may keep it ;)
