Keep the pre-order price if you want, but just say it will be full price when Maxwell 1.0 will be released, because it sure isn't going to be December. People have let it slide until now, but frankly you're risking getting into trouble you don't deserve ( ), over something so silly.

yes, whiskey had seen the light, well done, it just took a little longer. Glad to see that, really. As a mac user - which didn't had any RC crap or even any information about - and with a not_complete/not_working/bellow_leveled_ concernig_others_apps Lightwave Plugin i am not satisfied in any way.

Earnest- Don't take personal offense. I was attempting to make the point that
all the mutual admiration society dialogue is a bit tiresome.
Additionally, the chatter about "what NL ought to do for me" is just ill-conceived and childish.

To be blunt, if you purchased the software (and bothered to read the license agreement)
you have no grounds for any real complaint. Other than one expressed as your opinion, that is.

In fact, if you are really serious about some legal remedy
take it up with the proper individuals and in the proper manner
and stop boring the daylights out of everyone else with it.

While this is a public forum and anyone can express their view, I, for one, would be willing
to ante up for half the purchase price for anybody wanting a refund just to have them go away
and not complain anymore. That's how tedious all this has become.

That's entirely my opinion and I know it's abrasive.

I apologize for making anybody feel uncomfortable.

After keeping one eye on the website for about a year, i was one of those who decided to pre-purchase in late november prior to rc release, thinking the product was close to production ready with plugin listed on website...... how wrong i was
Well here's hoping.....can't even use acclaimed beta since plugin is still useless.
