And you will be able to compare maxwell results with meassured values in a real interior . It looks like real challenge for maxwell team, will they do it or not.
I can imagine which technology do they use on the background for rendering so I'm curious about such a test.

as I project lights installations in buildings I need to know exactly how many lux are falling in every point of the scene.
And to control lamps trought appropriate photometric webs, with lumen as emmiting unit, not watts.
As maxwell is phisically based I guess it would be relatively easy to implement an option just to reveal what it is calculating...
Would be a great feature for lighting designers...

Riccardo, a similar request has been made. It would defintitely be a great tool for lighting designer (and architects) to have.
Great if it could produce an ISOline image as well
