:: :wink: sorry... i have been playing with it in rhino and manage to make it a bit better. Do you have a parametric formula for 3 loop configuration? So far i modeled the klein 8 figure:

f(u, v) = ( cos(u)*(a + sin(v)*cos(u/2) - sin(2*v)*sin(u/2)/2),

sin(u)*(a + sin(v)*cos(u/2) - sin(2*v)*sin(u/2)/2),

sin(u/2)*sin(v) + cos(u/2)*sin(2*v)/2 )

-Pi <= u <= Pi, -Pi <= v <= Pi

but my project involves 3 loops more like your red model. I am looking for the right formula to create it and then tranform it in rhino.. i guess if you can share the basic 3 loop set up i would be very grateful :: thanks :D
