I find my self watching the current sampling level indicator wishing that there was an indicator that showed how much longer I have to wait before that sample level has been compleated.

Well, if you get bored enough watching, you could put it in an Excel spreadhseet and forecast forward and see when the curve reaches the sampling level you like. That's what I end up doing each time. Of course, this is all until they actually implement your idea.
