There is not much you can do. Caustics will always take time.

The only thing to check is the size of your emiter. In a product shot if the emitter size is large relative to the object then the noise works out faster.

On the other hand, keep in mind that large emitters will soften the caustics and make them less vivid.

also make the floor a bit darker...you will see better caustics and save time!

Ohh yeah, as andronikos said, high reflectances can also be an issue.
