HEy! I'm glad you posted these questions.
I ddint know that the plastice worked without a bump on it, that would explain why MOSDT of my plastics rendered without a BUMP. BUt the Reason im responding is that Ive found a strang inconsistancy in this plastic bump malfunction, as SOme of my Plastics DO render with bumps, weird huh?..
Ok so Here the First Im age I have Plastic assigned to MOST objects, exept the person and the main Median models, But I've had plastics on the Toll booth models, the Concret Columns are Plastic and they render with a Bump , yet the concrete boxes around the pillers have a Plastic bump do not show evidence of bump rendering on them, which is weird cuz when i assigned a Plastic to the graound and gave it a Bump it worked great.
So im gonna try and figure out what it is about the geometry that maybe turns the bump on and off on the objects.
so heres the First image with the Bump clearly showing up on the Columns.
Thew plastic has a Spec color of whit at a value of .25 and a bump of 500.
the 2nd render the plastic has a SPEC of .6 and a bump off 500 just to compare that the spec on the plastic renders too.
Hope to come up with a solution to the Phantom bump soon.
