Haiti - hey, you're definitely doing something right with the walls. Floor too. There's a very nice range of tones across those vertical surfaces. The floors have a great satin finish.
Somehow, most walls I have seen rendered look too flat, and when the floors are good, they still look like they have a high-varnish - it's sometimes, but not always the kind of finish I'd show on a floor.
When I'm rendering, my goal is always to convincingly represent space, but I often find that I have to put objects in the middle and background to cue this sense. What I ideally want, and what you've got here, is mostly empty spaces that convey depth without too many little helpers.
This isn't a stylistic thing - you could detail these rooms out with casework and mouldings (i.e. kdlab's 2004 demo reel) and include more lavish furniture and it would look super. The reason I admire it is because you could remove all these props and I think we would still understand the depth and nature of the spaces.
Good show man!
