Helo I am new to max as well as MAxwell....
How do I activate the d.o.f function.
When I check button with multi pass, it's seems the maxwell is going crazy and opens loads of windows.....

you don't have to. maxwell cameras behave as real cameras, so you always have a focal point (where the camera target is) and a depht of field (which basically depends on correct scene scale, focal lenght and fstop).

don't enable any max's multipass dof, it doesn't work and has nothing to do with maxwell.
