Ok, so your problem is that you see only black boxes in the materialpreview window in 3dsmax ? or is there another problem ? or that you get pure 100% black renderings ? surely you're aware of the fact that materialpreview is not yet implemented so you cannot see what you do. What did you try to do to solve the problem you have ?

Is your camera lense inside a wall ? Have you put any light source on your scene?

Maxwell aint like scanline... Unless you give it some light, none will be able to bounce onto your camera.

Try the sunlight option on the render menu. Physical sky included

Try this:
-make sure your camera is not inside a wall
-check if you have emmiters in your scene or skylight-sunlight.
-in case you are using sunlight, check the correct hour, when opening old - maxwell scenes, the hour resets to 23:00. Also use correct location parameters.
-check in the render tab if "save RGB" is checked.

Don´t use the maxwell as Mat-Renderengine, use the scanline instead, so you get black bowls, and this is a few more comfortable.

But filemot i somehow don't think you put enough effort into trying to solve your problem. Use the search function on the forum to find out info on the trouble you have, also read the pdf's that been posted on here that teaches you how to use Maxwell. And try to be more specific when you ask for help, we're not that skilled to read minds (yet).

just render without emitters just physical sun. check out your task manager, whats going on, enough memory/priotity etc.....

Don't excuse your lack of describing the problem for us because you say your english isn't "perfect", non of us have so called perfect english heh.

However if you can provide screenshots of your scene setup, how you setup your lights, information about your rendersettings, materials and more + also a pic of your rendering so we can see what it looks like and then we will have a much bigger chance of giving you some sort of constructive tips and help to solve your problem.

Only one or two lines of text really don't tell us anything at all, it's a non descriptive description of a problem. Anything could cause that, even the temperature of the room if you're unlucky.. i don't know dude.

So.. with all that said, please put together a better description of your problem with the help of screenshots and point by point descriptions and also what you tested to solve it so we need what to say and do.

1. The material preview in Max doesn't work with Maxwell, it's normal that you see a black preview.

2. Have you assigned Maxwell materials to ALL your objects?

3. Is there a window in this room? How does the light get in from the sky?

4. Is your scene scale conversion set up correctly? Check the system units in Max, NOT the display units, but the system units. If it set to centimeters, then the 0.01 setting you have in Maxwells system dialog is correct, otherwise you have to change it, check FAQ thread in tutorials section for more info.

5. Turn on all Caustic layers.

6. Show one of the renders you've done with Maxwell so we know what you mean with "wrong".

i can spot a couple of max's lights in there. maxwell does not work with point lights, you have to use actual geometry with maxwell's emitter material applied.

try this: create a sphere in your room (small radius, say 3 cm; 4 segments), then apply the emitter material to it (as it is by default), then turn off any environmental light you have turned on (skydome or phys sky), then hit render.
