I bought Maxwell Render 5 for SketchUp and cannot activate my license. Can this be because I replaced my mother board? How do I see my new Host ID?

Maybe log on to your Portal account as it contains licence info which might help you activate it?

Thank you. I tried that but I still suspect a mismatched Host ID. I downloaded the lic file and placed in the proper location with no luck. The error I get is "connection error, could not verify license". I tried editing the lic file with the proper Host ID but the signature was voided.

I also contacted support and they helped me. Apparently I went beyond the allowed activation amount since I moved through several computers and didn't keep track.
