I wanted to improve the way maxwell is calculation 360° images with a extra SL and improve the areas that are most noisy. Unfortunately these are the main parts in the middle of the image (at the horizon line). Where the top and bottom of the image (ceiling and floor) are very noise free. Since the top/bottom part is stretched it gets much more info then necessary, where as the important part of the image has less info and is noisier. That makes creating 360° Sphere renderings in Maxwell a very, very time intensive thing.
