So that animations can include a live tv-set, a fisheye/sky recording on a skydome/sphere (for an animated sky) ...and lot's of other purposes.

But this should already be supported in the host app. In Studio you can't since it doesn't handle animation, it only loads one MXS at a time. But in C4D for example I think it simply converts the frames of the .mov to tiffs.

Which host app do you use? If it doesn't work, post in the sub forum for it, someone will help.
