I am having trouble with the RLM server. Maxwell keeps dropping out and I have posted here about it.

I have gotten Maxwell working again, but now the plugin will not come up properly in SKP.

I go into the extensions tab and point it to the server and it says it is good... but no update to the plugin with the additional licensed tools. This is happening almost daily now.

If it works differently for different applications on the same machine, then I'd suspect firewall issues on that machine. But, the licensing is a black box for plugins, so I can't really say much, beyond telling you that you may find some useful information (useful to your IT and the NL help desk) in the plugin's licensing log file (see the troubleshooting section here for information on finding that).

Firewall is off on both ends. The frustrating part is that it works fine for days... then just stops working. I will look into the log file. Thanks
