I installed it but was informed when open maxwell that I should update my Mac OS to latest version.
I have just updated to 10.8.5 and are not happy to have any later because I,ve got lots of other applications that not will work with it.
So what I wander is when Public version of Maxwell are realeased will I be able to run it from OSX 10.8.5?
My only alternative is to buy a second computer.

No, we are not planning to change the minimum os version. We will check why it happened, are you using the latest beta? Can you show us the exact message?

Hi again,

Just to add that I have been just testing with a 10.7 system with the newest beta (3.0.99.5) and had no problems opening Maxwell, Studio or rendering.

Let us know more about your problem if still persist.
