I get a strange impression from the lighting. At first glance I thought it's overcast, then I noticed the sharp shadows on the floor. It looks a litte pale for direct sunlight and the shadows are too sharp for an overcast day.
Some surfaces would benefit from than variations in roughness as well, right now they are either very flat looking (walls / parasols / pergola) or seem to carry a very uniform highlight ( stone tiles / pool border). Of course the steep camera angle and / or the client makes it harder to deal with this.

when dealing with clients, it's all about latency.......

I also had a strange feeling about the lighting, like if there were some artificial lighting involved.

I like the ligther palm tree (model and material) even if its color may not be natural. It works well with clients and gives a fresh look. Where is the model from?

not sure if this will work...

edit: doesn't appear to work. is there any way to embed vimeo into posts here?
i did a time lapse thingy for the last one and uploaded it here: https://vimeo.com/114090516
here's some of the others that i put together before opening a can or two of beer at the end of the day, firing up the screen recorder and modelling perhaps the ugliest piece of furniture i've ever seen....

Very cunning chair modelling, eating into the topology of the mesh loops.. Your making max look good

There's no way to make Max look good. All you see there is from Silo which died a few years ago..... and by the way I'm on (perpetual) Max 2012 now because of the fbx drivers and a few other things that dramatically changed from Max 2009...... And now I'm getting timid because most, if not all plugin builds start at Max 2012 and go to current.... Yet I can open a drawing in true view and port back to 2004 .dwg........ WTF?

I still do my low-poly and architectural modelling in Imagine 2.1 (IMFW 2.1) from 1999!... (originally learnt on the amiga around 1991!).. then I work into the mesh exactly like your vid, in C4D r14.. However, I rarely have to model the arch stuff, normally a low poly model exists already...

I should say that Imagine is a very manual process, which is good for modelling low-poly dynamic softbody meshes, where I need a very exact topology (for strength or flexiness)
