Hi! Is there a material looks like frosted glass but for non-volumetric object? Or can I creat it through this plugin? Is it correct to use frosted glass from standart package for objects like window or door that consists of only one plane?

You are correct to suspect that real glass cannot be used for geometry lacking volume; for what you describe, I might try try using the SSS (Single-Sided) material character (see here), since it is designed for use with single planes, and has adjustable roughness. Otherwise, I would create something custom in MXED, maybe starting from the AGS "Type" (a.k.a. "Assistant" -- see here and here), using Convert to Advanced, and then adding some roughness, and possibly combining the customized AGS with a thin SSS layer.
