This setup crashes Maxwell Render.
The cause is an instanced HDRI Emitter behind glass and the use of motion blur.

This scene does not crash when:
1. motion blur is off
or.
2. instancing is off
or
3. the glass is hidden

Grab a ZIP with the Maya and MXS file.

Cheers, Florian

P.S.: I can't believe this didn't came up in standard stability tests

Thanks a lot for the nice bug report and files. I think it doesn't necessarily have to do with glass, switching the glass still makes it crash.

Did you mirror these instances by any chance?

If I open the MXS in Studio and press Center, with all objects selected, the scene renders ok. It seems something gone wrong at export time from the plugin.

I just noticed that when I hide the mesh with the glass material, the render does not crash.

No, the instance is rotated 180°.
