So hi there everybody.
Yet another newbie question here, really sorry for that but the Manual wasn´t too clear for me on that matter and I got a quite slow image, I mean Simulens wise, that I really need to get right in one go. So, my question is, what´s the correct procedure to apply Simulens effects? I got the image rendering for almost 15 hours now, quite big one, reached SL15 and the quality is really nice already but maybe I´ll let it work a bit more. But how should I then apply the Simulens? I´ve read about stopping the render and activate Simulens and then click on the "Refresh" button on the preview but what I can´t understand is how the effects apply to the final render. Do I have to activate it and resume rendering? Get the effects on a channel? Really not sure!

Thank you in advance for any feedback, itifonhom....

Generally, the way of doing it is: once you have stopped the render, enable Simulens, adjust the settings, and click Refresh. Once you have the results you are looking for, just use File > Save Image to write a copy of the image to disk.

You should see changes being applied to the full-res image shown in the UI, once you hit Refresh. So please try verifying that by setting some ridiculous values, and then clicking Refresh.
