Check your fstop/shutterspeed settings - increase shutterspeed and/or decrease aperture (fstop) unless you are going for an overexposed look. Also looks like texture on wall without windows is to big.

The chairs is what i like about your image, however there's too much postwork on the whole image, it looks like you're watching the rendering through a glass of milk where everything is softly blurred out.
