It appears that what was fixed in 2.7.12 is now re-broken in 2.7.15

2.7.12 - 'fixed: wrong framing in some cases when vertical film offset was used'

Just tested with new scene and it now works fine.

However other team members are also getting unpredictable results. Sometimes it works sometimes it gets broken. No idea when, how or what breaks it.

Will recreate new camera and re-render.
