I've always worked with Max but given some recent rumblings, and a few other cues, I'm doing a bit of looking into making a switch over to Maya. I'm curious about Maxwell in this light.

Is Maxwell for Maya equally well developed as Maxwell for Max? Would I be giving anything up or gaining anything (in terms of Maxwell) by making a switch over to Maya?

Thanks /b

Hi Brett

I have done exactly the same as you are thinking. I cross graded my Max to the Maya Creation suite.

The Maxwell integration is fantastic, very easy to use, and amazingly stable. I would recommend it.

Maya is also a lot more stable than Max!

I use maya for years with maxwell.
works great, however I do miss ver. 7.... for me it was the best.
