Hi,
when I assign a maxwell emitter material to a polygon cluster in SI I get an error that the object is not an emitter ... is there something I have to decleare for the polygon cluster before assigning a maxwell emitter material ?

For emitters, you need to assign them at object level, only regular materials can be applied to clusters.

Btw, there is a dedicated SI plugin forum here Better to post there as the plugin developers can see your messages quicker.
