In case you havent already received your invitation- The Maxwell Render team are very pleased to be visiting Dusseldorf next week, and we’d like to invite you to a user group meeting hosted by our resellers 3D Powerstore. Our head developer Juan Cañada will be showing all the latest features and how you can get the best out of Maxwell, as well as talking a bit about the development roadmap for Version 3, and asking for all your feedback and requests.

For those of us who couldn't participate... can we get some insight?!?

I was there and i can tell you there will be new kind of cameras (360°) for example multilight
that appear directly in the render instead of the preview ... and so on..

Any mention of upgrades to the physical sky(moon, stars, clouds)?

Not that I can remenber but they were open to suggestions like as I proposed
a fit to view function for those who do mostly architectural rendering. I t seems
that V3 is quite a WIP at this stage and open...

Yes that's right....hit the list... But seriously we spent most of the time about 2.7 and it's presentation
so what would come was just a small part of the time..

I wish it also includes orthographic projection for true plans, elevations, and sections.
