Hey everybody.

I wanted to try out the new SSS function. At first i had some noise but after tweaking the parameters it turned out noisefree.
I havnt used much time on the picture, just wanted to share a SSS that worked.



ps. i use 3d studio. the rendering took 8 hours and reached level 12.
the setting for the lampshade are: abs. 0,4 scat. 0,5

What settings are you refering to? ive already posted the sss setings. i would like to help more, if possible.!

Nice SSS on the lamp, I've always wanted to do this.
Have that nice glow in the middle, looks great.
