Hi, been trying to enjoy this new feature but unfortunately i crash every time I'm manipulating the grass modifier parameters and fire preview....

Using OSX

Processor 2.66 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 (11C74)

How many blades do you have in the scene? Because you can quickly run out of RAM with many blades, and you have to use the LOD.

Also, with FIRE I noticed it is best to leave it to re-export the scene, before navigating the view, especially in the OGL viewport.
