Don't forget to check out the new Benchwell built in to Maxwell. With Maxwell Render open, go to Tools > Run Benchwell. It will go full screen, run the benchmark, then let you upload your results to the website.

P.S. The awesome new Benchwell scene was provided by Herve and Tom. That teapot MXM is a wonderful example of a well made material!

Nice grass! Feels like Christmas!

In fact, I think we may be seeing some tinsel before too long.

Hello arch3d,

The Benchwell scene is encrypted and protected, and can not be downloaded and edited in a usual manner. We did it this way to protect authorship of the model, materials and scene.

But it is beautiful, no?

Cheers

Hello Luis,

well, you know the formula: hours of observation and experimentation.

But obviously, if the authors want to preserve their work, it is out duty to respect it.

But I'm sure you can get also something beautiful with enough dedication. I'm sure you can

Cheers

Thank you so much, NL!
And boy, what a PERFECT timing - I've so busy in the last few months, and exactly the day when I finally managed to get rid of all the stuff a new shine Maxwell comes along...
It's like a blessing! :D
