i have had a issue pop up in the last couple days, in my network monitor once a render reaches the sl level designated, the render restarts and does not move to the next job in que but restarts the same one. Any ideas or suggestions that might get me beyond this?

Yup it's a bug. If the render stops by time instead of SL it thinks the render isn't really finished. It's fixed for 2.7 though.
