hi there,

every time I get part of my render very blurred (out of focus). what am I doing wrong?
how can I set up my camera so that the whole scene is in focus? thanks a lot.

Use a larger F-stop.

As a quick tip, an F-stop setting of 32 will generally put everything in the camera shot in focus.

thank you guys, it seems like higher value for f-stop darkened the whole scene. is it ok to correct this with higher ISO?

Rather than play with those numbers it probably easier to just lock the exposure and use the EV setting to control your exposure -- this way you can adjust the F-stop to your hearts content without messing up your exposure.

And what is EV and where do I find it? Are those all settings an camera attributes?

EV is short for Exposure value -- the link explain it and gives a table of common values.

Don't forget about scene scale. It plays a big role in lighting, DOF, etc... First thing to do is make sure your scene is at the correct scale.

Well, I have found out that using 2 or 3 node camera simplyfies things a lot.
