The laptop used is a Dell Inspiron Mini, and the touch screen overlay is a usb 10.1 Capacitive Multi Touch Screen Panel.
It really works well, and connects via wifi

How really cold does it get in Sweden (say Stockholm) ?
Curious how it compares with Ft "Siberia" (aka Watertown NY). We get low digits often (10F to -5F) and an occasional -30F; not to mention the lake Ontario effect (Think the whole lake turning to snow and falling on your head)

It's hard to say how cold it gets in Sweden or Stockholm during winter.
But it's not rear that you go outside and -20/-30 deg C hits you in the face.

Northern parts are far more covered in snow and get the lowest temperatures most often.
But what really kills you, is the wind combined with just a few deg -

Wow Thomas, that's landscape you would expect on one of the moons of Saturn.....
