this app looks very interesting - at least, watching you demonstrate it.
though it's been in studio for while now, i've never looked at it really.
how would i use it license-wise? would i need to buy the "pro" version of it, which seems to be version, which includes the plug for maxwell?
or would it be sufficient to purchase the cheaper "normal" version? would one still be connnected to the app via maxwell studio?

Yes, the Pro version includes all the "core" plugins and the ability to modify existing HDR/EXR images (which is an active feature within Maxwell Studio)... the cheaper version would be a stand-alone app.

I really dig the functionality and I think it is well worth it, especially if you commonly deal in product shots and/or like to try alot of lighting variations quickly.
