Great update! I found one small issue with the plugin when opening 2.5 files:

When opening scenes made with 2.5 plugin, these options in the Render Manager are greyed out:
> Environment settings (background, reflection, etc)
> Sun Options
> Geographical Location

Workaround - Merge old files to a new scene:
> Open a new scene, set Maxwell parameters in render manager
> Merge old scene in
> Delete the old 'Default_Pass1' that is created.

Softimage does not update existing render options nodes according to their new definition when opening a scene. We are going to implement a workaround for this, but it didn't make it in time for the release. It will be present in the next update.

Does this also include the 'track object' in sun options?

Actually, now that I've tested it a bit, I can't get Maxwell to use a light
or any other object as a sun direction source, like 2.5, even in a new scene.

It seems to only use the options in the Geo Location settings.
